The Warrant and Civil Division is responsible for serving criminal warrants and civil papers and maintaining the Sheriff's Office link with state and national crime information databases. It is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week and currently has 9 sworn deputies and 11 civilian employees. The division also includes a specialized fugitive investigator. The Warrant and Civil Division also includes the Records section, which maintains all incident, accident and arrest records. and is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
